Permapave Bioretention Systems
Permeable pavements provide the hard surface required for urban living and it allows water to flow through, returning to watercourses as it did before urbanization. Installing Permapave as an in ground bioretention system or using it as lintel stormwater grates, provide the most advanced, efficient, and economical urban water pollution control and filtrations systems.

How Permapave Bioretention Systems work
Bioretention Systems harvest stormwater and filter out contaminants, allowing stormwater to discharge to outfall watercourses as clean water. Systems are designed to divert filtered water to underground aquifers, replenish depleted ground water supplies, and eventually extract water from aquifers as an additional water source. Systems are cleaned using a mechanical vacuum to maintain permeability; contaminated media is collected and deposited at an appropriate disposal site, rather than flushed to outfall waterways.
